As part of my series interviewing women who are funny, I came across a very funny improv show called Bitter Party of Five. Of the five actors in the group, three are women: Mary Birdsong, Romy Rosemont, and Tricia O’Kelley. And two of the members are men: Greg Cromer and Jason Antoon. They are all seasoned actors of stage and screen, but here they are practicing the fine art of improv. I am a huge fan of improv, and, as someone who has done it, I know how challenging yet fun it is. I decided it would be interesting to get a perspective from all five as to what it is like trying to be funny with the opposite sex. They graciously agreed to ask my prying questions.
